Position: Regional Security Manager
Salary: to £45K + Car or £9K 15% Bonus 25 Days Holiday Pension Laptop i Phone
Location(s): East Midlands

Job description:

• Implementation of Company Security Policy and strategy
• Providing advice and support to depots on all security related matters
• The development of security action plans for the maintenance and improvement of security on sites
• Audits and Risk Assessments
• Loss reduction
• Loss management
• Conducting thorough investigations when a security incident occurs and making recommendations where necessary
• Visiting external customers on security related issues and working closely with them in a proactive manner to ensure effective security is maintained
• Liaising with external agencies when required to assist the overall security and investigations

Candidate profile:

• Possess previous managerial experience and ideally a Police/Security related background
• Have a sound knowledge of protective, operational and administrative security
• Have a basic knowledge of Criminal Law (PACE) and Employment Law
• Be self motivated
• The ability to complete a substantial amount of travelling
• Have time management skills
• Have excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Be a good team player
• Be flexible
